The Oscars 2013

Wow'd in White, Bad-ass in Black and Shined in Sparkles summoned up the Oscar red carpet 2013...

One of the best dressed had to be Naomi Watts in Armani Prive, its a hard dress to tailor and they did an excellent job with no side boob showing. The dress was a risk because everyone wants to do the old Hollywood glamour. But she pulled it off so well, her body looked amazing and sexy! 

The winner of the night was dressed in Christian Dior haute couture. She looked like a doll.. there is nothing about this look i dont like, the hair and the necklace going down the back kept it very young and no-one had done that, she is the only person that who could wear it and not make it look like a bridal dress. This is the type of dress you expect a nominee to wear at the Oscars  although she tripped and fell we can just blame that on the long heavy material. Word of advice: Do a walk test. 

She can wear a bin bag and still look beautiful, but the Christian Dior haute couture crisp white gown did help. The dress suits her body beautifully, the corset pulls her in from the waist because her body is very athletic. However it is very similar to the Chanel gown Anne Hathaway wore at the Golden Globes, it was way too early to wear this. But i love the pixie hair =D 







The Devil wears Prada! First of all NIPPLES! her nipples have their own twitter! Moving on... This is like a Gwyneth Paltrow 1999 Oscar moment gone wrong. Prada is very big on the S/S Japanese style right now, I personally dont like this look: 

• at all the dress is too simple
•  the tie in the back looks messy
•  the necklace looks like its been thrown on
• too safe ... too simple

Jennifer Chastain looked like a movie star. I LOVED her in The Help no one can hate her everyone just loves the dress the look. Her red hair goes so well with the colour of her dress and her skin. It exaggerates her curves in all the right places. She is wearing Armani Prive

Im shocked! First of all why would you walk the OSCARS red carpet on crutches??. She just seems like she threw on a dress she found, her hair is a mess. If you dont care or wont make an effort then dont come or take the back door. The dress is too big on her the embellishment is not flattering its placed on the wrong parts of her body and drags the dress down. The dress is nice itself but would have looked better no someone more older and curvier. She is wearing Reem Acra
